PEI sells digital educational products and services. Because access to digital materials can begin immediately, all sales are final and PEI does not offer refunds.
What this covers
This policy applies to paid digital courses, memberships, assessments, certificates, downloadable materials, and other digital access sold by PEI. It includes purchases made by an individual or an organisation, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Before you purchase
Please review the programme description, access conditions, and price before checkout. Ensure that the programme is suitable for your needs and that you can access the required technology. A change of mind, lack of time, unused access, or difficulty using a third-party tool does not create a right to a refund.
Exceptions required by law
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded. If you believe a transaction was charged in error or a legal exception applies, contact hello@promptengineering.org with the purchase email and order details before initiating a payment dispute.
Changes to this policy
We may change this policy for future purchases by posting a revised version here. The policy shown at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
